      Exclusions
    Although I've tried to make sure that PIPchecker covers most circumstances,
    there may be some unusual situations where it will not work properly. The
    ones I can think of are these:
    
      - Being in hospital or residential care;
- Being in prison;
- People who already receive the armed forces independence payment, or
        the war pensioners' mobility supplement, or constant attendance
        allowance as part of the war pension scheme;
- People who already receive constant attendance allowance as part of
        the industrial injuries scheme;
